Working principle:
Permanent NdFeB magnet material, full of tremendous energies, can form a vertical centering magnetic field with multiple wave crests. When flowing through vertical magnetic field, water or fluid will generate electromotive force, which can make lattice finer—i.e. scale lattice size will change from 339pm to 0.22pm. The faster the flow is, the stronger the electromotive force will be and the better the treatment result will be. Thus, the purpose of scale prevention and removal will be obtained.
At the same time, affected by magnetic field, water flow makes electrical conductivity and osmotic pressure changed, make cells of microorganisms ruptured, and make cells stop reproducing, so that the growth of bacteria and algae can be inhibited.
Affected by magnetic field, water flow will generate a small election current to promote Fe203.nH2O transforming into Fe304 which is with stable property. Then, black magnetic iron oxide will be generated and settled on the surface of pipe wall, which will later form a blocked film layer As a result, oxygen will be separated from pipe wall, so that the purpose of rust removal and prevention can be obtained.
